At 15 years old, Rizza was delivering classes in Compton, Watts, and surrounding cities to adults.
Just 4 years later, he was assisting in schools and working with other community organizations including non-profits, teaching in Los Angeles and beyond.
He received great reviews from students and colleagues alike and was frequently named as the best instructor to work with youth in inner city schools.
 
Rizzas community work was well-known throughout Compton, Watts, Long Beach, Gardena, Lynwood, Carson, South Central, Los Angeles and many other cities across the country!
Rizza has led protests against sex trafficking, gang killings, abuses in the mental health field of Psychiatry at their American psychiatric association's national conventions and much more as early as 2012.
 
Due to his consistent activism in 2015, Rizza coordinated a meeting involving Robert Kennedy, Jr., Min. Tony Muhammad, Dr. Brian Hooker PhD - a CDC whistleblower - and a group of local leaders and activists.
The goal was to bring intelligent education on the vaccine issue to the Black community who was heavily affected by it yet rarely involved anywhere.
Rizza Islam is who the scientists approached in 2015 to expose this government conspiracy to the masses of Black people.
This meeting led to a meeting with the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan who then exposed this information at the 2015 Million Man March in Washington, D.C. Truth was revealed to the 1 million people present and the over1.2 Billion people watching from around the world!
Rizza has been the undisputed leading young voice on behalf of the Black community on the subject of vaccines ever since!
 
Rizzas work went from the local, city and multi-statewide scene to the international scene when he got onto social media!
He first started with uploading pictures of his constant community work and within a short time he started uploading 60 second educational videos which quickly became viral!
 
As a member of the Nation Of Islam Rizza has also been involved in negotiating peace treaties between several active gangs throughout L.A. County, being acknowledged by various gang members, celebrities, including Snoop Dogg, The Game and many others for his community work, along with police departments.
As a result of his successful actions in this area over the years, one of the most notable treaties took place in 2016 when Rizza worked with Min. Tony Muhammad, the West Coast Regional Minister for the Nation of Islam, to negotiate a truce between the Crips, Bloods, and the LAPD.

As a result of his consistent work in the "Health freedom movement" where he would travel the U.S and the world educating the people about health, government policy about vaccines and exposing the diabolical goal of depopulation, Rizza was listed as one of the "most dangerous voices" by the U.S government!
In February of 2021 he was listed as one of the "Disinformation Dozen" a list of 12 people which includes presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr whom this government stated were the: "12 most influential voices on the internet where vaccine misinformation is concerned!" United states attorney generals, the CDC, FBI, FDA, DHS, U.S surgeon general, The Whitehouse and President Joe Biden himself all called for the removal of Rizza and 11 others from all social media platforms and in February of 2021 he was removed!

In the same month of February in 2021 due to his stellar research and effective education globally Rizza was conferred with his doctorate degree by the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan after his presentation at the 2021 Saviors Day plenary session where scientists and doctors including Rizza exposed in detail the medical and legal violations of the U.S government where mandates, vaccines and bodily autonomy were concerned, fighting for the freedom of all human beings.
Other presenters included were: Dr. Ava Muhammad, Dr. Judy Mikovitz Phd, Dr. Alim Muhammad and Dr. Tony Muhammad just to name a few!

Over the last 20 years, Rizza has spoken on a multitude of topics and issues including but not limited to; the field of mental health, the prison industrial complex, environmental health, illiteracy, health, social inequality, foreign & domestic government policy, and more.

He has a strong focus on how these issues affect Black and impoverished communities, nutrition, family and race relations, interfaith establishment and unity movements, gang intervention, economics, drug education, homelessness, sex trafficking, civil rights and human rights.

Brother Islam is an accomplished author who published his widely acclaimed book “Message to the Millineals” in 2019.
The book has been touted as a “Millennial masterpiece.” “This generations handbook” and “intellectual GOLD” It has been praised by multiple artists, celebrities and others including Nick Cannon, Taraji P. Henson, T.I, Keri Hilson, Shaq and many others! Selling over 40,000 copies independently and counting, Rizza’s goal is to arm this generation with the knowledge they need to change the conditions of our community and bring about a better future.

He has also received many awards and accolades for his service. In 2010 the Mayor & city council of Compton, CA recognized Rizza for his leadership and community work.
In 2019, the city of Los Angeles recognized Rizza Islam as the “Voice Of The City.” In 2021, as a result of his community work regarding health freedom, the mayor and city council of South Fulton, Georgia, proclaimed May 17th "Rizza Islam Appreciation Day." In 2019 California Congresswoman Karen Bass gave Rizza an award of congressional recognition for his dedication to activism and research!

Rizza is the founder of Intellectual Xtremist and hosts a podcast by the same name.
